• Run the installation setup
• Launch the program once installation is complete...

Once you launch the application, you'll need to set up the ftp site info. Click the "Add" button on this dialogue.

finally you'll have the transfer window.
The column on the left is your local computer,
the column on the right is the server.
Find the files on your computer, and drag
them from the left column, over to the right column
